Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
Role OverviewThis post forms part of the Business Support Team and provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Addiction Services multi‑disciplinary team. The postholder will be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to the achievement of the service’s goals through provision of a variety of administrative and secretarial roles.
Key Responsibilities- Handle referrals and enquiries on a daily basis.
- Provide reception cover and call handling.
- Support generic functions and duties administered within the wider Addiction Services Business Support section as required.
- Maintain efficient, effective secretarial and administrative service to all members of the team.

Application ProcessAs of 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
