Position: Compliance Administrator / Data Access Control Officer

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administator / Data Access Control Officer to join our Compliance and Incident Management team in Glasgow.

Description

The purpose of the role is to safeguard our clients' information and protect the firm by ensuring confidential data is only accessed by authorised individuals.

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a global team, playing a key role in the firm's wider Risk & Compliance function.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity, based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the firm's information barrier system to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
  • Grant legal and business users access to confidential matters on a case-by‑case basis in line with client requirements and conflict conditions.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits of Risk & Compliance systems regularly and as needed.
  • Assist internal stakeholders by advising on procedural and system issues and questions as they arise.
About you
  • Previous experience in an administrative or an analytical role.
  • Professional and discreet as confidential and sensitive information will be handled.
  • Excellent analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
