Role Details

As a Document Controller, you’ll ensure robust document control processes are applied across internal teams, customers, and the supply chain. You’ll be the go‑to contact for workflow support, software guidance, and compliance with Document Control Procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee document workflows using dedicated document control software.
  • Manage and structure documentation within SharePoint.
  • Regularly review, maintain, and improve document control processes.
  • Train and support new team members on systems and procedures.
  • Manage document numbering, revisions, and approval statuses.
  • Check supplier submissions for quality and process compliance.
  • Act as the main contact for supply chain document workflow queries.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and feedback.
  • Work closely with project and engineering teams to maintain the deliverables schedule.
Key Requirements
  • Proven background in document control.
  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
