At Allied Vehicles we design, develop, and manufacture a wide range of specialist vehicles, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, and minibuses.
In addition to manufacturing vehicles, we also offer a range of aftersales services (onsite and mobile), including servicing, repairs and maintenance and we are Scotland’s largest independent parts distributor.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm and the salary is £12.98 per hour + bonus. This position provides an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and dedicated company.

The Role
- Respond to incoming telephone and email enquiries.
- Proactively plan the daily transport schedule with OEM suppliers to the yards.
- Ensure accurate recording of all data entry into ERP system and spreadsheets.
- Create order packs for each vehicle.
- Develop a system for vehicle movement accuracy in the depot and yards, ensuring all vehicles are traceable and location is clearly identified.
- Assist in vehicle stock checks.
- Ensure delivery and collection of converted vehicles are controlled.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to accurately record data entry into ERP system and spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with similar responsibilities.
- Ability to work fast and efficiently.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
