Salary – £23,300 pro rata
Hours – Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (over a minimum of 4 days)
Holiday – 31 days annual leave pro rata, increasing by one day per year of service after 5 years (to a maximum of 5 days)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Glasgow office!
We are looking for a communicative and hardworking individual with experience in an administrative and/or receptionist role. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office 365, be confident to be the first point of contact for clients and will be diligent and accurate with all tasks.
Key responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant- Supporting the Business Support Team in providing support to the wider team at TC Alexander Sloan
- Being the first point of contact for clients, both at reception and by telephone
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and arranging courier services, where required
- Handling main office e‑mail and directing telephone enquiries
- Data entry and system updates – e.g., Glide; CCH etc
- General administrative duties such as document printing and scanning, generating letters and other correspondence, diary management, collating and updating records etc
- First point of contact for office supplies, third party providers and other external services
- Processing confidential and sensitive data
- Liaising with IT and telecoms providers
- Handling all day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc front office tasks as required
- 2+ years’ experience within a similar client facing administrative role
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office 365 – SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are essential
- Highly personable with exceptional communication skills
- Great attention to detail
