Payroll Administrator – Central Office of Information

We are the Scotsman Group, Scotland’s largest and most diverse hospitality group with over 40 venues across Scotland including bars, restaurants, hotels and more. We are looking for an experienced and talented Payroll Administrator to join our team Monday to Wednesday, ideally 9 am‑5:30 pm.

• Process monthly and weekly payroll including starters, leavers, temporary staff, subcontractors and PR/DJ payrolls
• Resolve wage issues including BACs rejections
• Handle staff payroll queries
• Resolve all self‑service and micro‑service queries
• Administer all absence payments and prepare payments relating to wage arrestments
• Send out management reports to venues and assist with subsequent queries

• At least 2 years payroll experience
• Working knowledge of payroll and legislation
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database applications
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a high‑pressured environment
