We are currently seeking a reliable and organised temporary finance administrator to join a busy and professional team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Managing Credit Control mailbox
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Supporting other departments as required
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
