PA / Administration Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant within the LIMS Programme of the eHealth Directorate. You will be part of a central programme team that provides implementation support to a consortium of health boards replacing their laboratory information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diary and meetings management, including minute taking and coordinating follow‑up actions.
- Administer basic data sets to support monitoring of programme delivery.
- Work flexibly across multiple programme work streams, prioritising workload within agreed parameters.
- Support the programme’s administrative requirements across a range of functions.
- HNC level education or equivalent relevant practical experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to multitask, be agile and work independently or as part of a team.
The post is full‑time (36 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, based remotely or at Smithhills Street, Paisley, with occasional travel to other NHS Scotland sites.
