Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts & Business Services Senior opportunity on behalf of a progressive and forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Glasgow.

Ideal for an ACA/ ACCA part or recently qualified (MAAT also considered) individual working in practice looking for the next step up in their career.

The role will involve working with an interesting and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and OMBs from an array of sectors providing accounts and business advisory services.

The Role:

Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS
102

Drafting corporate tax computations

Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping

Management accounts preparation

Training clients on accountancy software

Client advisory work

Dealing with client queries

Attending client meetings

Assisting & mentoring junior staff

You:

ACA / ACCA Student/ PQ/ Qualified

MAAT also considered

Practice experience is essential

Good working knowledge of FRS
102

Strong written and verbal skills
