) is looking to recruit an ambitious Audit Assistant Manager
.
The firm provides a full service offering to the SME market including Audit, Accounts & Advisory, Tax, Payroll, Corporate Finance and Business Recovery

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Auditor looking to take the next step towards Audit Manager
, joining a growing Scottish Audit team and taking ownership of a varied client portfolio.
- Review audit files and ensure completion to required standards
- Support audit teams on-site and provide training/technical guidance
- Act as key client contact on a portfolio of audit clients
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and engagement progress reporting
- Liaise with internal departments (including Tax) to deliver joined-up service
- Assist Partners/Directors with business development, budgets and proposals
- Support billing activity and ensure fee targets/WIP are managed effectively
- CA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong audit background in UK practice
- Experience supervising junior staff and managing audits
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
