The facility specializes in providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and long-term care needs.

Collect and label specimens, observe for changes in condition, and report concerns promptly

Create a safe, respectful, and hazard-free living environment for residents

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through a KY state-approved program

High school diploma or GED

Ability to meet facility onboarding and compliance requirements
