• Provide routine daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.
• Perform routine ward duties and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Work under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by nursing staff and leadership.

• 3 pm–11 pm (5 days a week) every other weekend
• 6 p–7 a (3 days a week) every other weekend
• 11 pm–7 am (5 days a week) every other weekend

• Graduate of a Medicaid‑approved nursing assistant program with a certificate of completion.
• Registered with the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry, administered by the KY Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (in‑person).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient‑centered approach.

• Market‑competitive pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour depending on experience plus shift differential for weekend shifts.
