Our Glasgow branch is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to assist the branch manager with daily office-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Manage the branch manager's calendar
- Send thank-you notes and gifts to clients
- Answer office phones and direct them to the appropriate party
- Assist clients who enter the office by directing them to the appropriate party, making copies of documents, and performing other tasks as needed
- Other duties assigned by the manager
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft 365 required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
- Office experience is a plus
$20,000 yearly
