Our Glasgow branch is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to assist the branch manager with daily office-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the branch manager's calendar
  • Send thank-you notes and gifts to clients
  • Answer office phones and direct them to the appropriate party
  • Assist clients who enter the office by directing them to the appropriate party, making copies of documents, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
  • Office experience is a plus
Compensation

$20,000 yearly
