Our Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants make a huge impact on our dealership by providing world-class customer support to our clients throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with prior automotive sales experience.
Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
- Negotiate sales transactions.
- Attend training and sales meetings.
- Complete sales transaction paperwork.
Commission-based pay plan - there is no limit to how much money you can make!
Average Sales Representative Pay- Internet Sales: $11,405/month = $137k/yr
- Sales: $12,332/month = $148k/yr
- Overall: $12,080/month = $145/yr

- Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
