Location:

Headquarters – Northwest Mental Health Management Services, Gladstone, OR

Salary:
From $63,663/year (Salaried, Full-Time)

Schedule:

Flexible | Day shift | On-call | Weekends & holidays as needed

Position Summary:

Northwest Mental Health Management Services (NWMH) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or mental health needs. This leadership role requires dedication to service excellence, strong supervisory skills, and a hands‑on approach to quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the integration, coordination, and delivery of support services for residents

Directly supervise 7–15 residential staff, ensuring compliance with agency policies and legal standards

Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed

Manage home operations, including budget compliance, staffing schedules, maintenance, and supply management

Participate in the on‑call rotation and NWMH management team initiatives

Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations

Foster respectful and supportive relationships with clients, staff, families, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of direct care experience supporting individuals with I/DD

Must have 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Direct care experience must include support with personal care, medication distribution, incontinence support, food preparation (including texturizing if required), companionship, and facilitating appointments or outings

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must confirm no substantiated findings in Adult or Child Protective Services investigations
