Your responsibilities will encompass thedevelopmentofteam memberstoachieveproject andstrategic businessgoalswhilecultivatingtrustedrelationshipswith our customers in the successful delivery of

MacMiller’sportfolio of Performance Contracting Conservation, Sustainability and Energywork.

• Aleaderwhocoaches and trains team members to expand their knowledge and develop their skills in project management’s core functions, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage, monitor, predict, and communicate allfacetsoffinancialstewardship to stakeholders, ensuring the fiscal well‑being of the team’s projects within their distinct funding parameters. Assess andreporthow the execution of each projectimpactsthe financial health of the Business Unit.
• Proactively assess andidentifyriskthroughout the project lifecycle from pursuit through final project delivery,establishing risk mitigation and opportunitycapturestrategies for successful outcomes.
