Resource Scheduler

Job Description

The FITNES program requires Resource Scheduler support in the research of existing violations and locations of utility poles within Google Maps, Quick Base, and ARC-GIS in order to create work orders in Maximo to correct National Electric Safety Code (NESC) violations on utility pole and/or create Forestry/Landscape jobs in Quick Base to mitigate vegetation around utility poles or the spans of cable between.

• Direct team this role would work with: 6 FTE’s + 2 Contractors
• All of these roles are Resource Schedulers and perform support to various regulated compliance inspection and correction projects.

• The position uses AGOL, Quick Base, Google Maps, Maximo, Excel.
• Technical knowledge to learn in role:
  National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). Project for this role is to create work orders containing correction work required from inspection findings.
• Receive list of conditions/violations that have been identified via our inspections, and this role would assess the conditions and create work orders based on the type of correction work required.
• Once fully trained, this role is highly independent.
• Accuracy/Quality is first and foremost; once the quality of work orders is sufficient, then quantity is something the role would work towards.

• Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree):
  Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Certification Requirements (Any Preferences): N.
• How many years of experience are you looking for?: 2 years in similar role.
