Customer Service Representative

Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This position will be located at Store 3236 at 7017 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118. This is an entry‑level, full‑time role with great potential for the right candidate.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays;
  Sundays are off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintenance of auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Minimum age 18
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
