• Must have previous longterm care/senior living experience.
• Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to residents to meet the customers overall needs.
• Calculate nutritional needs establish goals and implement medical nutrition therapy for residents based on their overall nutritional status.
• Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
• Comply with regulatory standards both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality HIPPA regulations policies and CMS regulations
• Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
• Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
• Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
• Implement Health & Wellness initiatives

• Strong leadership and communication skills to encourage changes in nursing and kitchen management.
• 13 years of longterm care and Registered Dietitian experience.
• Basic Functional experience Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
• Basic Education Requirement Bachelors Degree

Salary: $65000 to $72000
