About the Role
Select is HIRING. We're hiring an experienced Electrician to ensure the proper mechanical and electrical functioning of plant equipment and machinery. You'll diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs to minimize downtime and maximize safety and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing and measurement of AC/DC utilities using multi meters and OEM meters.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to determine root cause.
- Conduct routine electrical preventive maintenance to ensure safe operation, reliability, and early failure detection.
- Repair/replace defective parts; perform adjustments and calibration procedures.
- Assemble, install, test, and execute preventive maintenance on various manufacturing equipment.
- Review and comprehend blueprints, electrical schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Operate hand and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Plant Leadership to support production operations.
