Sales Associate; Lead Generator or PT

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in‑home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

• Compensation: $20 hourly, part‑time or full‑time, plus spiff for sold leads.
• Fuel:
  Reimbursement for travel to and from selected warehouses.
• Benefits:
  Full‑time personnel can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401(k) with company match per requirements.

This is NOT a selling, cold‑calling or door‑to‑door position.

• Speaking to potential customers/home owners.
• Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism & customer support.
• Working independently, including weekends.
• Receiving training as provided.

• Professionalism in the warehouse.
• Clean professional appearance.
• High school graduate with reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel locally to 3–4 stores:
  Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County.
• Able to stand 20–30 hours a week.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Able to speak clearly and professionally.
• Strong ability to generate sales.
