• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals

• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.43 - $24.95 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20-24 hours per week, they earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
