You will assist guests during challenging times and create exceptional guest experiences. As the first‑line representative in the Store Manager’s absence, you will maintain daily operations, manage revenue and delinquency, oversee occupancy, uphold cleanliness standards, and deliver customer service.

Compensation
:

• $19.00 - $21.00 per hour + Competitive Bonus Potential

Performance Highlights
:

• Actively listen to customers to understand their unique situation and recommend solutions.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on self‑storage and explain it to customers.
• Assist customers during challenging times.
• Manage the rental process, including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, helping with truck rentals, collecting past‑due accounts, and guiding customers on their journey.
• Manage operational activities: inspect stores daily, maintain facility, perform custodial duties, contact vendors for maintenance, handle cash accurately, balance receipts, post payments, process bank deposits, and go to the post office.

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Tech savvy is a plus.
• Experience in cash handling required.
• Available on weekends.
• Huge passion for guest service and sales.
• Team player who supports and motivates colleagues.
• Mindful that every customer experience matters.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Insatiable appetite to learn new things.
• Strong accountability, work ethic, enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.

• Walk, bend, stand, stoop frequently.
• Lift up to 35 lbs. frequently; push up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Lifts above head, works evenings & weekends as required.
• Operate tools and maintenance equipment.
• Communicate in written & verbal format.
