Pay range:  per hour. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, employee discounts, and a competitive bonus/commission plan where applicable.

Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

• Drive sales and build relationships:
  Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.
• Become a vision expert:
  Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.

• Create a welcoming store atmosphere:
  Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.

• Passion for customer service:
  Retail or customer service experience is a plus; enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales acumen:
  Thrive in a dynamic environment and use strong communication to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented:
  Comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience and accurate with transactions.
• Fashion-forward:
  Interest in eyewear and fashion trends with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.

  Able to stay driven in fast-paced settings and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow.
