Production Worker

Job Overview

Hourly Full‑time. Must be flexible to work all three shifts, 12‑hour needs, and Saturdays as required.

• 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Responsible to Plant Management for day‑to‑day safe operations.
• Assist through the facility (feeding and stacking at various machines, hand labor and housekeeping).
• Understand basic principles of corrugated (flutes, corrugation direction, and various substrates).
• Assist Assistant Operator and Operator with set‑ups and production on machine.
• Ensure quality of finished product at each machine center meets company quality and production requirements.

• Ability to detect, prevent, and resolve quality issues.
• Read a tape measure, understand job specifications, and follow directions.
• Perform basic math and communicate effectively.
• Stand, walk, reach, twist, bend, and lift while observing safety precautions to prevent injury.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
