Position Title

Production Worker – Gilroy Sheet Feeder

Pay Rate

$23.76 / hr.

Category / Shift

Hourly Full‑Time – Must be flexible to work all three shifts, work 12 hours as needed, and Saturdays as needed.

  • 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

The Job You Will Perform
  • Responsible to Plant Management for the day‑to‑day safe operations.
  • Assist as assigned through the facility (feeding and stacking at various machines, and assisting with hand labor and housekeeping).
  • Understand basic principles of corrugated (flutes, corrugation direction, and various substrates).
  • Assist Assistant Operator and Operator with set‑ups and production on machine.
  • Ensure the quality of the finished product produced at each machine center is carried out in the most efficient manner with company quality and production requirements.

  • Ability to detect, prevent and resolve quality issues.
  • Be able to read a tape measure, read and understand job specifications and follow directions.
  • Capable of performing basic math and communication skills.
  • Be able to stand, walk, reach, twist, bend and lift using safety precautions to prevent injury.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
