Spherion - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean and prep units for new tenants after previous residents have moved out;
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs, such as replacing worn faucet handles or cracked electrical outlets;
Execute interior and exterior painting tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and integrity of the housing units;
Conduct regular cleaning both inside and outside the units to ensure a high standard of living;
Regularly empty communal trash receptacles and manage waste disposal for the complex
