Psychiatry - Child​/Adolescent Physician

Psychiatrist - Gilroy, CA

Shifts: M-F Days.

Job responsibility's:

• Manages the clinical relationships with consulting psychiatrists/physicians when needed.
• Interacts with clinical program directors, therapists, and other staff members, as appropriate, providing guidance if needed.
• Works in collaboration with the members of the Executive Team and/or members of the Directors Team to develop clinical content and ensure all clinical programs are in compliance.
• Works in conjunction with a treatment team to help ensure that there are appropriate staff interventions and care provided to benefit clients.

Requirement:

• MD from an accredited University.
• California Medical Board-certified psychiatrist.
• Minimum 8 years' experience working in a patient (preferably children) psychiatric setting as a psychiatrist.
• Physician and Surgeon General License-Medical Board of CA required.
• DEA Practitioner Registration-to prescribe medication required.
• Ability to provide services at both Gilroy & Campbell, CA locations-Outpatient Clinics
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

License:

• Current and clear license to practice medicine in California.
• Valid California driver's license.
