Working within the Power Press department, you ll play a key role in setting and operating the machines. With the right drive and ambition, this position even offers the potential to grow into departmental leadership over time!

As a Production Press Setter, you will:

  • Set, operate, and adjust a range of production machinery, including rotary table systems and power presses.
  • Take ownership of machine performance, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards.
  • Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues methodically.
  • Work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit production team.
  • Support continuous improvement and embrace new skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, taking on both setting and operating duties as required.

To be considered, you should have:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with production machinery.
  • A problem-solving mindset and confidence working without constant supervision.
  • Experience with resistance welding or automated welding stations (advantageous, not essential).
  • Exposure to stamping/forming tool setup (desirable).
  • A willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skillset.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach.
