GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Gillingham. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality support and contributing to students’ academic and personal development.

Role Overview :
Deliver planned lessons and interventions across a range of subjects.
Support teachers in raising attainment and engagement.
Work with small groups or individual students to provide tailored learning support.
Assist in classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet diverse student needs.
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
Requirements for Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to provide a ten-year career history with references covering the last two years, including your most recent educational role.
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
