About the Role
A well-established regional contractor is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support their growing workload.
They have a new project starting and need a QS to take on a new Commercial fit out project and deliver all commercial aspects
Ideal Experience
 
* Solid experience with a Sub Contractor
 
* Strong communication and commercial awareness
 
* Experience with in the Commercial or Residential fit out sector (preferred)
 
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities
 
* Assist with commercial management of a £4m Commercial fit out project
 
* Oversee supplier and subcontractor procurement and management
 
* Handle budgeting, cost reporting, and financial tracking
 
* Liaise with clients and resolve commercial challenges proactively
