Job Overview
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant who is passionate and driven to support our clients day to day operations and supporting the team in completing various tasks, meeting various KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities- Carrying out general administration tasks.
- Utilising your skills on MS Outlook and MS Excel.
- Using Maximo, matrix and other software where full training will be given.
- Issuing passes.
- Taking queries from site staff and following up on any issues raised.
- Raising work orders for Mitie or relevant contractors and keeping staff informed of progress.
- Stationery orders and consumables.
- Being a first aider and fire warden to be a go-to person for any issues or questions.
- Managing room bookings and car park management.
- Unlocking and locking building (SIA required) on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Previous experience within security, administration or equivalent would be desirable.
- Excellent people skills with great communication.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office packages.
- Some knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Desirable knowledge of building services (hard and soft services).
