• Perform hands-on restoration work — including water extraction, fire damage cleanup, equipment setup, and demolition

• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and supplies to stay job-ready.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about safety concerns, job progress, and equipment needs.
• Learn and develop your restoration expertise with on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Prepare rooms and staging areas,
  set up and break down job sites efficiently.
• Collaborate with your crew to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanups
  , leaving each site spotless and professional.

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A strong work ethic
  , willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.

• Lift 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs with help).
• Work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and at ceiling heights.
• Safely handle cleaning agents and perform repetitive physical tasks.
