Full-time, seasonal, with travel and overtime
$22 - $28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

- Assist with pre-construction, construction, and close phases of construction projects.
- Assemble the metal framework of new buildings or structures by fitting together steel girders, pipework, and beams.
- Execute proper safety using harnesses, lifts, scaffolding, safety nets, use of hand signals, etc.
- May often be carried out at heights from elevated platforms.
- Complete facility wiring, circuit testing, and motor repair.
- Effectively operate a variety of saws, air tools, and general hand or power tools.
- Weld and use a cutting torch.
- Make general repairs to facilities as well as troubleshoot issues (hydraulics, pumps, motors).
- Lift heavy objects, maintain, repair, and clean equipment.
- Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work as this job description is non-exhaustive.
- Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform work on buildings of all heights.
- Basic maintenance skills.
- Fabrication skills (i.e., welding and electrical).
- Experience and knowledge of general construction and operating equipment.
- Personal protective equipment is required.
- Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.
- A positive attitude is critical to ensure productive working relationships with co-workers and management.
- Continuous exposure to weather elements including heat, cold, noise, dusty conditions, and working outdoors.
- Overnight travel is standard during peak season.
- Ability to reach below/at/above shoulders.
- Pushing/Pulling/Twisting/Bending.
- Sitting/Standing/Balancing.
- Operate hand and foot controls.
- Simple/Firm grasping/Pinching.
- Ability to lift/lower/carry over 50 pounds.
