Compensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k + per year at minimum target)

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is motivated by high energy sales environments, qualifying inbound leads, and maximizing commission opportunities. This full time position offers strong earning potential for individuals who thrive on meeting-and exceeding-sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer sign upsMaximize commission earnings through upsells, cross sells, VoIP sales, and managed router servicesComplete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipeline

Engage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads PageParticipate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performance

Qualifications

Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales driven mindsetTech savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related products

Willingness to learn and explain broadband products and technology

Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by a results oriented environmentExcellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and ability to represent Visionary Broadband with confidence
