Shop Fabricator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Shop Fabricator to join their team. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting the shop fabrication department, contributing to the creation of high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Title: Shop Fabricator

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: DOE

What's the Job?

• Assist in metal fabrication processes using basic welding shop skills
• Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools
• Support team members in assembling and preparing materials for fabrication
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

What's Needed?

• Basic welding shop skills (cutting torches, plasma cutters, metal fabrication) would be preferred.
• Basic understanding of welding shop tools and safety procedures preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks
