Vac Crew Supervisor

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Vac Crew Supervisor for our Gillette, WY location. The Vac Crew Supervisor will oversee daily vac operations and ensure the efficient and safe execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing a team of vac workers, operating vac trucks, coordinating job-site logistics, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs. Additionally, the supervisor will maintain and inspect equipment, train personnel, and report on project progress and challenges.

• Strong operational skills, including vac truck operation, equipment maintenance, and job-site logistics coordination
• Leadership experience, including supervising teams, delegating tasks, and providing training
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in industrial environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and organizational skills in documenting project progress, maintaining records, and preparing reports
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate machinery and heavy equipment
• Experience in industrial coatings, wastewater management, or energy-related operations is a plus
