• Working under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, coordinating programs, education, policies, and care for patients.
• Overseeing the care of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders.
• Ensuring all behavioral health operations are in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Managing and directing the activities of the inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Practicing within the standards of CMS, DNV, and the State Board of Nursing.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred, or equivalent experience in the care of inpatient behavioral health patients required.
• License:
  Wyoming RN license.
• Experience:
  
  3 years inpatient behavioral health experience required; 3 years leadership experience preferred.
