Working under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Manager of Inpatient BHS coordinates programs, education, policies, and care for patients. Oversees the care of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Ensures all behavioral health operations are in compliance with clinical guidelines. Manages and directs the activities of the inpatient behavioral health unit. Practices within the standards of CMS, DNV, and State Board of Nursing.

• Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred or equivalent in experience in the care of inpatient behavioral health patients required.

• WY RN license.

• 3 years inpatient behavioral health experience is required
• 3 years of leadership experience is preferred
