Experience: General office training and one year of related office experience.

Education/Training: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Also requires knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment, excellent communication skills, maintaining productive working relationships, and the ability to work well with the public in a fast‑paced government environment with frequent interruptions.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Working Environment:
Minimal exposure to undesirable working conditions or exposure.

Physical

Activities:

Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for moderate physical effort such as sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching/stooping/squatting, twisting upper body, and lifting an average of 40 lbs.
