Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning, business case development, and strategic initiative assessment to inform executive decision-making. Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic assessments for major initiatives including capital projects, technology investments, and organizational development programs. Support the development and implementation of the corporation's strategic plan through data-driven analysis, scenario modeling, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, financial analysis, management consulting, or related analytical role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential preferred.
- Experience in the electric utility industry or related regulated industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience conducting financial analysis, business case development, and strategic assessments.
- Experience with strategic planning processes and frameworks preferred.
