Role Description
This is a full-time, Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will utilize current relationships and develop new relationships, leads, and contacts. Conduct market research, develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role will also include actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, communicating solutions, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the drill fluids market.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and anticipate market trends and business prospects.
- Produce in-depth drilling fluids programs and proposals as well as critical historical data.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant business software and CRM tools is an advantage
