Role DescriptionAs KUT | THRŪ Media continues to scale, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrative Assistant who wants to step into a crucial role at the ground level of a fast-growing company.
This position is a key support role within our operations team, ensuring the details stay tight, communication stays clear, and nothing falls through the cracks as we continue to scale.
You’ll work directly with leadership, clients, and team members across multiple companies, gaining exposure to strategy, operations, marketing, and business development. This isn’t a dead-end admin job, it’s an opportunity to grow with us, take ownership, and evolve into a larger role as the company expands.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, loves bringing order to fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of building something awesome from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain basic tracking documents
- Communicate with clients professionally through email, phone, and organized updates
- Assist leadership with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination
- Assist leadership with requests and needs
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and event-related communication
- Support light website updates and send necessary digital assets to clients
- Assist with onboarding new employees and clients
- Maintain organized digital files, forms, and shared documents
- Manage simple invoicing tasks and monthly send-outs
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and ensure the workspace stays clean and stocked
- Answer incoming calls and support the team with day-to-day needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Comfortable with technology, Google Workspace, , Slack, Canva and online tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Easy to work with, open-minded, and able to take constructive feedback
