As Registered Manager, you will have the time and space to lead with purpose, build a strong staff team, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key responsibilities Overall management of the childrens home in line with Ofsted regulations Creating a safe, supportive, and child-centred environment Leading, mentoring, and developing the staff team Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance Building positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies Additional opportunity For the right candidate, there is the option to take on a dual Responsible Individual (RI) role , offering broader influence and professional development.

About you An experienced Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up) Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations xekaoyc and childrens residential care Passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care Confident leader with a supportive, hands-on approach Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Whats on offer Salary up to £50,000 per annum Opportunity to manage a small, stable home Supportive charity / non-profit environment Real opportunity to shape the service and make a lasting impact
