Position: Amazon DSP - Delivery Associate

Location: Chandler, AZ

Employer: GTGS Logistics LLC (Delivery Service Partner with Amazon)

Job Type: Full-time Delivery Associate, delivering packages for Amazon

Compensation: $20/HR+ with performance incentives and benefits

Note: This position is located in Chandler, AZ.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles; follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction under various conditions
• Maintain physical endurance: lift up to 50 lbs, handle 300-400 deliveries per shift, in all weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls and assisting teammates with routes

• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (NO pre-employment marijuana testing)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (multiple violations can disqualify)
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills
