We're hiring an Experienced Lead Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician for our overnight / night shift team

No out of state travel or overnights. The Valley is the main focus of the clientele with the occasional job in Tucson.

- Perform commercial kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning
- Clean hoods, grease ducts, fans, and rooftop exhaust systems
- Follow NFPA and company safety standards
- Protect restaurant equipment and maintain mom‑clean results
- Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation
- Operate pressure washers, vacuums, scrapers, and degreasers
- Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
- Represent Hood Hero professionally with restaurant clients
- Previous kitchen hood / exhaust cleaning experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record (NO DUIs)
- Ability and willingness to work overnight / night shift
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and accountability
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- $24–$30 per hour (based on experience)
