What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified industrial safety projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers and engineers
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored safety solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction, or capital equipment environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple decision-makers
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot, to track sales activity and manage a pipeline
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
