• Taking showroom walk-in clients and working the deal from start to finish
• Working Internet leads from start to finish
• Work phone leads
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
• Schedule and manage daily appointments through contacts, our CRM database, and equity mining software.
• Contribute to your success by setting and exceeding goals for calls, emails, and overall vehicle sales.
• Become an expert in utilizing our CRM software to manage leads and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Assist clients before, during, and after the sale.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is required.
• Energetic, motivated, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about learning and growing in their careers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure every client leaves satisfied.
