Sales Brand Ambassadors represent the Pro Baller brand in Costco/Sam’s Club environments, engaging with members, showcasing product features and benefits, and driving sales. The main objective is to create a positive and memorable customer experience while increasing brand visibility through effective communication and interaction.

• Engage with Costco members and actively approach and interact with them to share the features and benefits of Pro Baller with enthusiasm and authenticity
• Conduct product sampling
• Set up promotional displays and materials at the beginning of shifts and close them down at the end
• Consistently meet or exceed daily goals
• Maintain an energetic presence and engage customers with high energy and genuine positivity to boost brand visibility
• Deliver accurate brand representation and ensure information shared about Pro Baller aligns with the brand’s messaging and vision

• Exceptional communication skills — articulate, clear, and engaging
• Proven sales or promotional experience — preferably in in-store, retail, or event-based environments
• Passion for health and wellness — genuine enthusiasm helps authentically convey product benefits
• Smartphone required — essential for tracking hours and sales
• Reliable transportation
• Physical stamina and agility — capable of standing for 7–8 hours and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision, reliability and goal orientation

• $20 an hour, PLUS BONUS and COMMISSION
• Paycheck via direct deposit
• Average earnings typically $200 - $300 per day

• Part Time
• 2 to 4 days a week, days vary
• Hours commonly 8+ per day
