Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Customer Service
Associate to work in our Showroom.

Responsibilities:- Meets and greets showroom customers
- Effectively communicates with our customers. Spanish a plus
- Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
- Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.
- Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.
- Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.
- Performs other related tasks as needed.
- 2 years' previous customer service or retail experience
- Ability to work Saturdays, rotates
- Have a genuine excitement to help customers
Ability to lift up to 30lbs. - Must pass felony background check
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day Shift. Monday - Friday, including some Saturday's
